The Khandoba Temple at Kadepathar is a protected heritage monument originally built during the 12th–13th century Yadava period and later restored by Maharani Ahilyadevi Holkar in the 18th century. The conservation proposal focuses on scientific documentation, structural stabilization, minimum intervention, and preservation of the original historic fabric, with reconstruction undertaken only where supported by physical evidence. The project aims to safeguard the monument's architectural and cultural significance while ensuring its long-term conservation and sustainable management.
