Proposal for Architectural Design Contest for Acharya Shankar Museum.

The land for this project is situated on the banks of River Narmada on Mandhata Parvat of Omkareshwar, Dist. Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, India.

●:|| General Design Ideas ||:●

◆ 3 Tier Planning , which makes design flexible to serve each and every purpose for end users comfort.
◆ The major infrastructure is kept hidden from the ground level , which is not disturbing the micro level habitat on Mandhata parvat.
◆ This allowed max open green area on ground level which reduce the site temperature and humidity level.
◆ Use of local material , leads up to better sustainability and to maintaining micro ecology.
◆ Entire site with symmetrical planning reflects the ancient Vedic Temple Architecture and convey the thought of Vedanta.
◆ Proposed Nakshatra Garden resemble 27 Nakshatra along with specified species of medical trees having correlation with respective zodiac signs.
