The practice is led by Founder and Principal Architect Dr. Aniruddha Naik, supported by a team of experienced architects, urban planners, engineers, and design professionals. With over 25 years of professional experience, Sthapati has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential developments, transportation infrastructure, healthcare facilities, civic buildings, and large-scale urban and regional planning initiatives across India.
The name Sthapati is derived from the Sanskrit word Sthāpatya (स्थापत्य), meaning architecture. We belief that architecture is a pure and integrated art form, deeply connected to science, psychology, sustainability, functionality, and human experience. Our design approach is holistic and research-driven, emphasizing contextual responsiveness, technical rigor, and long-term value.

Founder, Principal architect.
Mr. Aniruddha Naik is an architect, urbanist, and vastutadnya. He leads Sthapati as its Principal architect and managing director. Aniruddha received a degree in Architecture from JNEC, Aurangabad in 1995.
He received a master's in urban planning from VNIT, Nagpur in 1999 and Masters's in Tourism Administration in 2012.
He is an artist, a writer, a poet, a social worker, and an enthusiast in the tourism industry. He is also the director of Ganeshwadi Agro tourism Center and Currently working on the Ajnintha Gautala Tourism corridor.
